What are some good earplugs?

My mom and dad are always in the livingroom, and thats where i do my homework on the computer. I need some earplugs to drown out all the noise they make...Anyone know a good brand? or is there a rating system? or ???

ooh thanks for reminding me, i need some too! i don't understand why they have to make concerts so loud... i mean even the band is wearing ear plugs, and half the audience is too... why can't they just turn it down a little?
