I'm looking for a program that lets me backup certain files like my docs and stuff to another computer about every few days or so. I've tryed a few like Veritas (don't know what the hell i was doing), Second Copy 2000 (not bad, but seemed unrealiable), and a few more but didn't even have much options. Anyone can recommend something?

Is your computer networked with the computer you want to back up to???

Have you thought of backing up to a rewriteable CD disk, then copying over? Adaptec's software is pretty good at that, as well as most CD-R software (although most of them have yet to add a decent hard disk backup feature so you can only back up the used section of your hard drive, instead of the entire drive, including blank spaces which drives up the cost). There's also Norton Ghost which is a little user-vicious (depending on which version). Also, do you want it to do it automatically, or just remind you to do it? You can put a program into your startup menu to auto-remind you when you're due to back up.

My backups easily go from 10GB-50GB, so even DVDRs are kinda out of the picture!

I use Retrospect for my backups to tape. The least priced version also allows you to backup up 2 additional networked client machines. I'd download the 30 day demo, and see if it does what you want.
