I've never actually cooked with wine before, so any help would be appreciated :)

I'm also having trouble even finding specific wines. I go into the wine section and there's just sooooo many. How do they order it?

Yay!

I often cook with extra dry vermouth. It's a little unique compared to white wines, but the result is excellent.

Is the boxed stuff really that bad?
