what are some good burn-in tests?

I'm always a bit nervous that a computer will fail like 2 days later after I build it. What kind of burn-in tests do you guys use?

Right now I'm mainly using Memtest86+, just to make sure the ram is good. What kind of programs would be good for running a system burn-in for like 3 days to make sure it's good? I was thinking stuff like 3Dmarks and all that would be good. Any ideas?

Memtest86 is good for ram testing. Prime 95 is something of a classic for CPU torture testing. 3Dmarks(especially configured so as not to be CPU bound) should probably stress your graphics card sufficiently. I'm not as sure about that last one, though, as most of my burn ins are on non gaming boxen. As for hard drives and whatnot, I think you pretty much just wait for mechanical problems to kill them, not too much meaningful testing to be done(except perhaps making sure that their temps are ok under heavy I/O load and checking the SMART diagnostics on install).

Aside from doing all the testing, you should try to load it using various applications that you normally use (i.e. game on it and see if it's stable). Prime95, for instance, may not always indicate that your CPU is 100% stable (if overclocked let's say). I know because not too long ago I was able to run Prim95 for hours with 100% stability but then I started doing other stuff on top of that and got random reboots so I had to back off the oc a bit. But yea, generally memtest and prime95 (which has a memory stress test as well under the torture test option) will generally tell you if you're ok.
