Snatch isn't as good as Lock, Stock... still worth watching, though.
Trainspotting is ok, but extremely overrated by wannabe artsy kids everywhere.

Shaun of the Dead is thoroughly entertaining, and is one of the best non-serious movies of last year. It's not only very funny, but it pays proper homage to the George Romero films it takes reference from.

While not British, you'd probably dig Requiem For A Dream if you like Lock, Stock. I don't know why, since they are completely unrelated, but most people who like one like the other. Maybe it's just because they both have a good plot and are both shot very well.

If it needs to be British, rent some Monty Python or something 😀 <cue lumberjack song>

I liked Snatch a lot more than Lock, Stock.

Trainspotting is anything but overrated and is a much better movie than Requiem for a Dream.

There's lots. In no particular order:

The Killing Fields
Crying Game
Shakespeare In Love
The Long Good Friday
Zulu
The Bridge on the River Kwai
Chariots of Fire
Brazil
My Left Foot
Lawrence of Arabia
Gandhi
A Fish Called Wanda
A Room with a View
Four Weddings and a Funeral
The Madness of King George

I was just thinking. If you can find the dvd's to rent, try the British tv shows Black Adder, the Young Ones, or Red Dwarf.
