What are some good biographical interview questions to ask?

I'm going to interview one of my departments' advisors this afternoon for an article in our departmental newsletter; any tips for good questions to ask?

Are you aware that your fly is down?

What is it that you do here anyway?

...and on the same topic, just how long have you been an a$$hole?

Did your mother dress you today?

What time is it?

Did you watch survivor last night? and if so, what was your impression?

Superman or Auquaman?

i thought asking personal questions not related to the position the person is seeking leaves you open to lawsuits.

Yes, it does. That's why I don't ask personal questions.
