It all really depends on what you're narrowing your criteria based on. Are you referring specifically to action movies? Any movie where the movie doesn't end favorably for the 'protagonist'?

If the latter, there are a ton of movies that end thusly, ranging from indie, to romance, suspense, action, etc. Some terrible, some good.
