What are some good air travel sites?

I have to fly to Spain in 2 weeks and I need to find the cheapest flight possible. What are some good sites to look for tickets? I know travelocity is one but I can't think of any others.

Any airlines I should choose over the others? I need legroom. If I can pick where should I sit?

Usually the closer you are to the front, the better. Also aim for bulkheads or emergency exits.
