I like import chicks...they're not as big as the domestics, though tend to be a bit more expensive initially, but they last long and don't require a lot of repairs as long as you change the oil routinely. Of course, domestic chicks are good too. They tend to get off the line a lot faster and can be a lot of fun, mainly on weekends. Unfortunately, it is hard to find a new one -- and all the used ones usually break down soon after purchase...so they are ideal "hooptie" chicks that you can ride around in when you don't want to have to worry about something happening to your main chick. I have a late 70s model import chick right now, and she's still going strong. I got her new and have put a few miles on her already. I was thinking about modifying her with a body kit, maybe some HID headlights...nothing drastic. If anyone has a mid-70s to early 80s chick they are trying to get rid of, PM me for an offer.
