I've always liked the very useful 3² + 4² = 5². But I think that e^(i*pi) +1 = 0 is actually uninteresting even though it has some use.

Why not write that as 1! + 2! + 3! + 4! + 5! + 6! + 7! = sum(from i=1 to i=7) (i) = 27² + 72²

I think the point was that 2 and 7 were the focal points of the equation.

So you can write it as:

1+ sum(i!) 2 to 7 = 27²+72²
