What are some bands you have liked for awhile now?

I'm not sure about a top five, but my first favorite band and one of my current favorites is They Might Be Giants. I've been a huge fan of Radiohead for a while too.

1) Metallica

After that, it's bands like the 2 Skinnee J's, Chili Peppers, Rage, and Aerosmith.
Stuff I've gotten into a lot lately is stuff like Audioslave, Cave In, Chevelle, TRUSTcompany, Mad at Gravity, and Depswa. Too many good bands to list.

Could go on for quite a while on bands I've been into for a long time but suffice it to say U2 is at the top of the list and will most likely remain so until I die 
For new stuff. I'm really digging the White Strips now...great presence and a great sound
