Netpay, mmm...there are several but as bad as PayPal is that's the only way you'll most likely pay people pretty much anywhere until Google decides to come up with a more pleasant and cheaper way...

Oh I wish Google would come up with something. Or at least somebody needs to come up with some alternative to Paypal. I hate them. They let frauds go free, the keep increasing fees, and now they are reducing their money market fund payout. But, you have to use it because that is the mainstream way to pay online.

Depends upon your business location and intended market, for US 2 checkout might be a good alternate and if you are targeting European country ChronoPay is good alternate option.
