What are currently good deals on ISPs???

My little brother is looking for his first ISP??? He is 30yrs old so it is about darn time. He is currently using my username and password for earthlink so it is very important to me. I am looking for Free ISPs and also some good deals with the pay services. Earthlink usually gives away some sort of cheap product he may enjoy like the DVD players or the digital cameras but I cannot find any of them online...

Any help appreciated.

12 bucks MUCH faster than Juno, Juno really sucks with the software you have to download and its REALLY slow, lots of busy signals, at least where I live. And they limit the ammount of time you can be online too if you get the free service, its like if you use it for more than 3 hours at a time you get locked out until the end of the month.

the platinum service is great, i think. my brother uses it and has never had a busy signal.
