What apps do you load each time after a fresh load

I'm tired of updating and installing on all of my personal machines, time to make some ghost images.

What are, in your opinion, the must have apps, updates, utilities, etc. to load after a fresh OS install.

Download Windows FD then.

winrar is usually the first thing I install.

Virtual needs:
winrar
winamp
office

I also always install:
trillian
powerDVD
winDVR

Prolly a few others I'm forgetting too. Refresh fix prolly? I just did a format 2 weeks ago myself...
