Oh wait, I don't own any Apple hardware, but I do use and buy shit from iTunes, so I do feed them money.

Amazon is cheaper for music. I used itunes a long time and hated the software which is what made me dump my nano for a zune, zune software is awesome. Zune marketplace has gaps though, so I use Amazon a lot.

Used to own a mac that I got for free from the university, ended up throwing it out.

IIGS was an awesome machine back in the day.

I love my Macbook Pro.

Specifically, I adore the magnetic power jack.

I have lost countless shittily made Windows laptops b/c of the loosened connection between the power connector and loosened up power input tied to mobo.

I don't game seriously on lappies anyways and the Mac can do everything without the legendary Windows OS temperamental hangups.

I don't think I have ever broken the power jack on ANY electronic device I ever owned.

Me think it's the user.

No iphone - I prefer android's ability to customize. A locked down OS isn't that attractive to a "tweaker"

No ipod - I wouldn't buy a HD based mp3 player, and i'd need at least a 32GB flash model to have one without an SD or uSD slot, and the 32GB ones get expensive. Also, as for the touch, I don't need a screen that big nor SoC hardware near that powerful, I have a smartphone for that stuff. Therefore, I have a 16gb cowon (much better quality/batt life) with a SD slot

no ipad- I don't care for the 1st gen, but might actually buy a 16gb wifi only G2 sooner or later

macs - I build my own computers and dont need a laptop, nor would pay a 25-100% premium for one with an OS I don't care for and slightly better chassis and etc

Apple TV - i just have no use for a device like this

accessories - logitech has my needs covered

Bah, us dirty Canadians don't get Amazon music downloads, so it's iTunes, some other shitty services, or buying CDs.

The software does suck, but it's a pretty good service considering that I can rent/buy movies and music. Nice sampling library too. I just wish they would remove all the DRMs so I can just use WMP to play the stuff I've bought. Not that WMP is that much better, I'm just so much more use to it.

I own a "single core" apple corer. Like many of the sleeker Apple lappys, it's made from aluminum, although I don't think it's actually made by Apple. :hmm:

I didn't have any trouble transferring my music to Zune, what DRM are you talking about? Last I checked they stopped using it years ago.

An iPhone 3GS in the past, and an iPhone 4 and an iPod currently. Will buy a couple of iPad 2's as soon as they are released this week.

Don't like MBP lines though, specs blow.

That is convenient, but poor power transfer, thus not a good power socket design. Maybe if they used bigger contact areas.

my dog got tangled in my dad's dell laptop power cords and almost dragged the laptop onto the ground
