What app for my G4 dual proc?

I have this mac beast that is pretty robust. The old folding client used to work on it but the newest iterations don't function on it anymore. Is there a distributed application that can run on this machine? It has dual processors and 8 gig of ram.

Thanks,

Gravity

I suggest World Community Grid: www.worldcommunitygrid.org Our team could need some support on that end and it is very well run, frequent updates from the scientists and all results are published in public domain.

You can run these project on your computer: Help Conquer Cancer, Discovering Dengue Drugs - Together, FightAIDS@Home and Nutritious Rice for the World.
Here's some info about the science behind these projects: http://www.worldcommunitygrid....owcase/viewResearch.do

Have fun!

PS: you get BOINC credits for your contribution

Hey Gravity. InCrease doesn't support the newest 6.x client?

Well, if you want to give other folders a chance to catch up, here's a list of BOINC projects Link
Any that have PPC listed. World Community Grid, Rosetta@home, and Docking@Home are projects that you could try. I haven't run BOINC in a long time.
