What? Another USSC win?

You might have missed this one. I did and I live in Texas.

"A sharply divided Supreme Court ruled Monday that Texas did not draw most congressional and state legislative election districts based on racial demographics.

The 5-4 ruling by the court's conservative justices said only one state House district was designed by using race impermissibly. It upheld the Republican-controlled state legislature's maps, based largely on a federal court's 2013 requirement, for all others."

Good for the country.

If it's good for right-wing bigots in the south attempting to dilute the vote, then it's good for the country.

I really wish people would stop framing judicial review as a win or loss thing. This isn’t a game. No one is keeping score. SCOTUS exists as a check. As much as what Trump does may be deplorable in intent, some of it is constitutional. Even Obama sought to test the boundaries of his Presidential authority.

But, that was different.

Incorrect, this is merely a game for the tribalistic conservatives. And now Liberals are gonna have to play too.

It's the reason you see so much disingenuous rubbish from the cons, just a game to them. It's a driving force behind election of Trump, just ahead of feels.

Team Mitch thinks this kind of naiveté is adorable and extremely exploitable:

The Supreme Court of the United States disagrees with you................. and they win. Along with the rest of the country.
I wouldn't gloat too quickly. Your all mighty SC gave us Plessey and McCleskey. Mitch hijacked the SC nominee and that will come back to bite you all in your racist asses.

There's A Reason Liberals Are Always So Angry

Permanent adolescence rears its ugly head yet again.

You really need to find better reading material. My favorite quote:
To one degree or another, modern liberals have always used fear and anger to motivate their voters. After 9/11, Democrats ran on variations of “Republican policies are making us less safe.” With the terror attacks of that September morning still fresh in people’s minds, that was not designed to inspire.

WTF??? Projection much??? I didn't realize Democrats were the party afraid of moose lambs!!

So far Obama's tests have been shot down by large majorities and President Trump has been running an impressive win streak at the Supreme Court.
