What Android phone app allows you to save to SD (and control pic resolution?)

I need 2 features, and 2 features only:
1) Ability to save directly to SD card (Camera ZOOM FX does not allow this)
2) Ability to control pic file size (I want 5MP or less only)

It sounds like Android may be too complicated for you. You would probably be happier with a sub 5MP digital point-and-shoot. I'm sure they are dirt cheap on ebay now, and would be good enough for your needs.

1) no one give a shit about your PC specs in your sig
2) we already told you how to do this in your last thread

Specs in the sig can be helpful when you constantly need tech support. But then again, the specs as provided are worthless and just misplaced e-peen.

But this thread is basically a dupe, and should be closed. OP doesn't know how to access app settings for point one, and is incapable of basic Google skills for point 2. I bring up Google because no third-party app that a user here would use is for the purpose of making their photos worse, so all recommendations will fall on deaf ears.

You do not understand photography. All professional camera give the option of downsizing your photos.
You should stick to discussing topics you understand. It does not make the photo worse in 99% of applications.

As shown by your mis-cited articles in the other thread, I don't think my misunderstanding at fault, here.

This should get you the image quality you're looking for. http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/172322-REG/General_Brand_35mm_Disposable_Camera_with.html

You can even have the resulting images scanned to cd-rom so they aren't stored on your phone's internal memory!
Nah.

He needs one of these.

It's curious to see posters acting smug about a topic which they clearly know nothing about. They exhibit a 12 year old's understanding of camera equipment and can only think in linear terms of MORE MEGAPIXELS MEANS MORE BETTER. Yes, and a 5000 horsepower car is 20x better than a 250 horsepower car. Carry on, kids.

Nobody (in this thread) is assuming more is better. Maybe you are confused with one of the other you started.

Says the op that knows even less. Why can't you install a few apps and see for yourself, are you that lazy where you need to be spoon fed?

Gee, novel concept. How else would we know what apps are worthwhile? :)

Oh yeah, we could also spam forums.

To strain your analogy even further what you're doing is just disconnecting the spark plugs from a few cylinders because cars with smaller engines get better mpg.

The utter lack of reading comprehension failure you have shown in this and your other thread doesn't point the finger at anyone other than yourself.

People have concisely explained their viewpoints, and you've pasted links to articles that don't support what you're trying to do. You've also hurled nothing but insults and have not once successfully explained yourself.

At this point, you're just trolling.
