I seriously dont get you guys. This guy is a middle eastern man who came to support the 6 being charged for being part of Al Qaeda. I'm sorry, but the fact is that you are innocent until proven guilty. Just because he supports the men being charged of being Al Qaeda doesnt mean he supports Al Qaeda. Its not entirely out of whack to think that he believes teh men being charged of Al Qaeda are innocent and being charged only because they're Middle Eastern.

If you read my original post, nowhere am I saying that I would be the person laying down the beats, or that I'm condoning it. I'm just saying - it's going to happen. American public hates al-Qaida. Unidentified man supports suspected al-Qaida members. Unidentified man flips off American photographer. Essentially, he just flipped the bird to overly patriotic Americans nationwide - and someone's going to beat him for it.

Again - shoe on the other foot. Would you go into Afghanistan or some other mid-East country and "show support" for captured Americans by giving the finger to a group of townspeople? I doubt it. And if you would - well, then you're just as stupid as this guy.

Seriously, if this guy is connected somehow, or a member of, or associated in any way, with AQ then he must be deported. That's only right. But what is this guys crime? It can't be flipping the bird...100's of people do that. It must be his support for the suspected AQ supporters.
