Get the chaintech mobo and cpu from mwave I recommended. They OC great with good memory. The SIS board is not a good overclocker, and the reseller ratings of bzboys compared to mwave ?..... Get the mwave combo.

Bzboys=1.86
mwave=8.61

heh it all sounds good. But, can anyone give me any links where i can read about the great bonuses of the 64 and/or maybe see some benchmarks?

ok well the athlon 64 2800+ looks good, but which mobo?

HAINTECH "VNF3-250" nForce3 250 Chipset Motherboard for AMD Socket 754 CPU -RETAIL
http://www.newegg.com/app/view...=13-152-043&depa=0

or

CHAINTECH "SK8T800" K8T800 Chipset Motherboard for AMD Socket 754 CPU -RETAIL
http://www.newegg.com/app/View...=13-152-039&depa=0

if you guys say the nforce3 is the better mobo, i'll probably buy this deal : (*Free FarCry PC Game w/Purchase! )
AMD ATHLON 64 2800+ RETAILED 64-BIT BUNDLE W/ Details (FARCRY PC GAME; CHAINTECH VNF3-250; NO MEMORY; NO TESTING) $209.00
(not sure though if in this deal the mobo is oem? wouldn't want that). heres the link: http://www.mwave.com/mwave/vie...x?scriteria=MB-BA20095 - you have to manually change the mobo to the vnf3 though which will cost $68.

if the k85800 is the better deal, i'll prob get it off newegg with the 2800+ for $203

Also, will my old parts work? my samsung pc2700 512mb cas2.5, nvidia geforce4 ti4200 and my zalman cnps7000b-cu?
