What am I missing here?

First off, this is the first time I've ever RMA'd something so the answer is probably obvious. My ECS K7S5A died aabout 3 months after I bought it so I RMA'd it to Newegg last week. I get an email today saying :

13-135-102 MB SISS735|5P1A K7S5A_ECS (Quantity: 1 )

The above items are not longer avaliable.

Therefore, we have credited you the full amounts of the items that is
not
in stock. You can use this refund to purchase any replacement as
needed.
Please allow 3-5 working days for any credit to appear.

Thanks again for your patience,

Customer Service,

Newegg.com

So then, I go to newegg.com and the K7S5A is in stock! Why don't they just give me one that is in stock? I don't understand? Also I only sent them the motherboard and kept all the cables (because that's what they said to do) so are they mine to keep?

Thanks for any help

Well, they gave you full credit, IMO, it's better bcuz the price drops from time to time. If you change your mind, you could buy a better MB, or buy the same one even cheaper.

The cables are all yours to keep.
