What all do you do to keep your computer running at peak performance?

This is something that many people do not do but it can really put the pep back in your machine.

strat-find(search in XP)-files and folders and on your main drive (C: for most) search for *.tmp and delete them all. This gets rid of the temp files that reside in the WIN/TMP folder and some others too.
