What AGP Aperture setting is optimum for 32MB AIW Radeon and 256MB system memory??

I'd recommend 128 preferably, or 64 if not.
But it will depend a lot on the software and the rest of the configuartion as well.

64 MB is plenty, though you might be able to get away with 32 MB. My system is slightly faster with 32 MB (GTS 32 MB) but I've left it at 64 MB just to be safe.

The "half your RAM" suggestion is obsolete and 128 MB is far too high.
