What 360 memory card size do you need for profiles?

There appears to be 64, 256, 512. Don't really need game saves (well maybe I do).

I want to have the girl use her profile and game saves on one box and then occasionally use that profile and saves on another one.
 
256 will be fine for a decent number of saved games and a profile. I got a 512 for the same reason and I wish I saved the money and went with the 256.
 
Thanks. It's getting tricky with Guitar Hero 3. She's got her saves - which I assume are tied to her profile, I have mine. So trying to figure out a way so she can play on her profile and then come downstairs and we play together.
 
I've got a 64MB card with both of my kid's profiles and most of their game saves on it.
