What 28nm dGPUs perform as well as GTX 1050 Ti 4GB?

Looking at this review I am guessing R9 380 4GB and R9 380X 4GB would be one of the cards.

P.S. Just for the record I am actually interested in the performance of the shorty power connector-less GTX 1050 Ti. However, I realize that info might be hard to find.

The R9 380 is quite faster than the 1050TI. The 1050TI is basically a new GTX 960, with lower starting price, lower power consumption and a bit better in some games.

But if you want the closest to that performance the R9 380 would fit the bill and be a quite better in many games as well. The issue is power consumption if that is a big worry for you, it can draw up to 150W, while the 1050ti is around 80W at max.

That review actually had the R9 380 2GB (and GTX 960 2GB) slower than the GTX 1050 Ti 4GB at 1080p:

So I figured the R9 380 4GB would be around the same level (perhaps a bit slower).
