Calls, texts, basic web browsing if I'm not at the computer, GPS sometimes (still need to figure that out on my current custom rom) and also controlling my house's hvac, which I guess would fall under web browsing as it's just a local web page. Oh and taking pictures, but if I'm going on an outing specifically to take pictures I usually bring my DSLR. I mostly keep phone stuff to a minimum and don't really store much data on it.
