Whacked up D/L speeds

try posting in network forum or asking mods to move this thread there. They got some great networking gurus in that forum.
 
Could be modem, nic, wiring lots of things.
I would hop on over to dslreports.com and ask the question in the forum for your service.
You will be asked some questions and to run some tests, which should narrow it down for you.
