Whack computer

I know this is off-topic but I tried MOBO's and general hardware and nobody responded after a few hours, so:

My computer began locking up today during the boot-up and within Windows. However, after the last lock, it now refuses to even post. Absolutely nothing happens besides the fans and drives powering up. I thought it might be a memory problem so I tried one stick at a time and moved dimm slots, but still the same. Also, I tried resetting the bios and even changed the CMOS battery; nothing:

Is this a bios or hard-drive problem, a combination of the two, or something else?

Atlon XP-M 2600 OC'd to 3200 spec
WD 120gig 7200rpm
1gig Corsair Xms memory, dual channel
MSI K7N2 Delta-ILSR

Wait, you knew the post was in the wrong forum, but didn't care? Damn I wish I was a Mod.

#1. Remove everything except mainboard, CPU and memory.
#2. if that fails try another PWS.
#3. if tat fails remove from case, retry
#4. if that fails, try ram in different slot & other RAM
#5. If that fails, try different mainboard or CPU.
