A large segment of the US population associates being cool with morbid obesity, diabetes, and white separatism.

You may not be a racist and monovillage may not be a racist but when LBJ said the Democrats lost the south with civil rights he was speaking the truth. Obama has had an Atypical life but is still cool and pretty sharp... probably got the sharp genes from his father who did his Economics degree in 3 years 59' - 62' and his Harvard Masters in '64... (had to drop out of his PhD)

His Mommy married Sr. in 61' but Sr. was already married... so guess her marriage to Sr. is questionable...

Guess Jr's. smarts are key to his coolness... Even Fonzie had smarts.... and he was cool... but being born in a foreign country, Manhattan, he can't become president....

I submit that to do that to me as you claim I do is beyond small minded. It would require, I should think, being completely brain dead.

But I have fully educated myself on the conservative brain defect and I therefore am totally aware that what is true of you, you are going to see in me.

And of course you are going to go away mad, that is if you actually see your hypocrisy, because you made yourself look like what you would call a fool. But I don't. I know you can't help making an ass of yourself. When it can't be helped it's not being an ass, it's being at the mercy of a brain defect.

All I can suggest is that you get really used to seeing yourself as an ass so you can let go of the denial. Once you take the emotional energy out of not wanting to look like an ass because even you can see it, the internal catch 22 bind will go away and you will be far far more normal.

Have you considered the theory that the UK's double-dip recession is primarily the product of the austerity-first economic policies that our "Conservatives" and Tea Partiers are so desperate to emulate?

Good point. It is absolutely unprecedented in American history that we lose equipment during military conflicts. Usually our loss ratio is roughly a zillion to one, theirs vs. ours. /facepalm

By the way, just to set the record straight, it was a stealth helicopter we lost after blowing away OBL. The drone was later, in Iran instead of Afghanistan. You need to keep your gratuitous Obama-bashing duhversions straight.

Exactly the response I expected from an obama loyalist. If obama gave the okay to execute bin laden, he also gave the okay for the drone mission. We must give credit where credit is due right?

That you only see the missing drone as "losing equipment during military conflicts," is frightening. I suggest you look into the events surrounding how the drone landed in Iran and how the Iranians have quickly decrypted all of the drones data. This is a far more serious issue then some military hardware getting lost. I do realize there is nothing I can show you or say to you to make understand the gravity of the situation. But I did want to set the record straight that I was referring to the downed drone and not the helicopter lost in the bin laden raid.
 
All 4 local news channels forecasted the exact same high temp for today. I just can't handle the media bias these days. :'(
