I played the demo for Wet on the PS3 and it will definitely be a rental. Reviews are pretty harsh, but I thought the gameplay itself was pretty fun. Anyone else played it at all? Been out since mid-September I believe

Played through to compltetion a few weeks ago--it's not too great.

The thing about this game is that it starts out with a bang and has an interesting protagonist, great Tarantino-grindhouse feel, fun gameplay with a bonus meter that ticks up a la The Club, but ultimately it's not interesting enough to warrant a $60 purchase. Everything doesnt come together as it should unfortunately.

In about a month it'll be the same price as a rental, so I'd wait. I only played he demo but I didn't like it. Too much style over substance; pretty much Stranglehold with a female lead.

I picked up Stranglehold for $10 from Newegg, and it's still in the unplayed stack. I might do the same for this.

Demo sucked - mostly because the controls sucked, imo.

i love the game based on demo, but also based on demo, no way am i paying $60. it's a discount bin purchase whenever i see it $20 or lower.

Demo sucked. Controls sucked. Therefore the game sucks.

Demo was garbage and the graphics looked like trash. A definite pass even though I was considering making it a purchase before I played the demo...which was garbage. 🙂
