the OfficeMax $30 off $150 link is here

the 120GB WD drive is sku 20346127
the 100 Imation cdr's is sku 02236903

when you click on the $30 off $150 link you'll see both the 120GB drive and the Imation CDR's
on the main page.

the OfficeMax website says the 100 Imation cd's are free after rebate. this is not true.
the cd's cost $25 after an instant $10 off and the rebate forms says the rebate is for $20 not $25.

You can find the correct coupon code link at keepcash.com. They have the same deal there except they've added 100 jewel cases to the deal (it's an extra rebate but comes out to the same price in the end). Here is the text:

OfficeMax is selling a Western Digital 120GB 7200RPM Hard Drive, a Imation 100-Pack of CD-R, and a Belkin 100-Pack Slim Jewel Cases for $30 after a 4 mail-in rebates and a $30 coupon. Assuming the CDRs and Jewel Cases are free after rebate, the hard drive works out to $0.25/gig!

1) Click here to activate the $30 coupon.
2) Hit the "Start Shopping" button.
3) Select "Order by Item Number" under the "Shop by Catalog" heading.
4) Enter the following item numbers with 1 quanity and hit "Add".
20346127 - Western Digital 120GB Hard Drive
02236903 - Imation 100-Pack CD-R
20232776 - Belkin 100-Pack Slim Jewel Cases
5) Hit the "Start Checkout" button and finish your purchase.
6) Print out and mail in rebates.
$129.98 120GB Hard Drive + $10.00 Belkin Jewel Cases + $24.98 Imation CDRs - $30 Coupon - $20 OfficeMax Hard Drive Rebate (# 56) - $50 Mfr Hard Drive Rebate - $25 CDR Rebate (Online submission) - $10 Belkin Rebate = $29.96 Shipped!

I clicked through eBates and then went to keepcash.com to get to the deal link. Will I get the discount?

The HD and the CDR spindle is backordered. Will I get the items?

Hope this works out!

It's nice to see that they aren't limiting coupon usage on the HD. Nice deal!

As shady06 pointed out: "please change title from 42.46 SHIPPED to 42.46 AR"

This deal is NOT 42.46 Shipped, it is after many rebates.

Please change the thread title.

The CDRs now show as being available in store only.

Anyone have any suggestions to fill up the extra $20.02?

If that's the case, should I just cancel my order? I highly doubt I will get the items soon enough to get the rebates out. Looks like the Imation CD-R rebates and the WD $20 rebate has to be postmarked within 14 days of purchase. With the WD and CD-R on backorder, things aren't looking good. Eeek...what to do?

Looks like you can still add the Western Digital hard drive and jewel cases to your cart, but not the CDRs anymore. Maybe just add $10 worth of random stuff you might need around the house to push you over? Of course I sat and waited before jumping into this, so I ended up with the jewel cases, hard drive, some bottled water, and a notebook for next semester. :)

I guess OfficeMax just pulled the hard drive from their site.

Product (item #20346127) available in retail stores only. Visit our Store Locator.

Ok, I've gotten two brand new units. They are ever so slightly different, both Malaysian made. Does anyone know which one might be better manufactured? One has model number WD 1200JB-OOCRA1, and the other WD 1200JB-22EVAO.
