i dont :), i guess you missed my point. My point was about 21st century idea's and ideals being hog tied by a line of thinking that is 200 years old.


Well that's the positive side of things :p
Remember that while it's difficult to do the Constitution can be changed, but it isn't on a lark, and the reasons aren't always right (prohibition for example) nevertheless the basic 200 year old premise that the people should be the master of government and not their subjects is one that I have no desire to change. Sometimes the result is that we have unpleasant consequences, however if the power is granted to silence unpopular speech then one day it may be your ideas that are banned. Doesn't seem a good idea in any century.
