I'm continuously amazed that nobody has taken it upon themselves to rid us of these idiots. I'm all for free speech but it's not a license to make other people miserable. Occasionally it needs to have consequences.

Set up a collection box for a charity for soldiers. Use the media and attention generated by these people and use it against then. The more attention they get, the more money you raise

I am a Christian, so I in no way think this group of crazies represents Christians at all.
 
Almost every town has a pipe band close by. Have the pipers gather around them when they "protest". Nobody will be able to hear/see anything other than pipes, and bagpipes are perfect for every occasion.

they aren't a real church. the founder and his family are just a bunch of lawyers that live off of lawsuits. the "church" is nothing more than a front, and a vehicle from which to litigate.

the dude is a former failed businessman or some such, and latched onto the religion bandwagon as a means of making money.

He's really nothing more than a charlatan, just like Joseph Smith.

edit: And don't think law enforcement does not care, I would be shocked if they aren't under surveillance to some degree (as law allows) and just waiting for them to slip up. We can hope.

I agree pretty much but if it was my kids funeral or a guy I'd served with I'm not sure I'd feel the same.
 
Turns out only three of them made it to the funeral. The rest were held up at McDonald's, blocked in. Guess they got a windshield smashed, not sure if it was overnight or the morning of the funeral.

zinfamous beat me to it. The church is in some aspects, a scam. I think they do believe what they preach but all the family members are licensed attorneys except for Fred himself who was disbarred.

They make their income off of suing people who attack/harass them at their "protests".

They did not afford that Olympic size swimming pool by working at McDonald's. They sue the crap out of people and live a cushy lifestyle in their little fortress.

Awesome idea. And wouldn't detract from the funeral if done correctly.
