Oh man oh man! How does everyone think this season will do without Rob Lowe?

And I thought that Aaron Sorkin was leaving the show?

It still lists him as the writer and producer on the NBC site, hmm!

I agree....we'll see, i guess tonight will let us know what we're in for?

Although the whole situation was set up when sorkin was still there...

Zoe got kidnapped on her graduation night, 25th amendment is invoked and with the vp recently resigned the speaker of the house took office.

John Goodman, will this guy EVER go away??

don't get me wrong, i think he's a pretty good comedic actor, but OMG, he gets parts in EVERYTHING.

According to this site, Sorkin was responsible for a third to maybe half of the episodes outright. I assume "teleplay" means he was responsible for scripting plots done by others on the writing staff.

I'm hoping, but I rarely trust networks to do the right thing.

Set timer to capture it, but something went wrong and it missed the first 15 minutes. Anyone else getting a capture?

First 20 minutes consisted of basically them realizing that John Goodman was an ass. Josh says it's a mistake to have invoked the 25th, and the press dude (forget his name) says he's gonna release the story about the Qumari asassination. We realize that it's the asassination that's probably led to the kidnapping, and everything starts to go to hell.
