We're hiring - looking for experienced java developers

Argo

Lifer
As some of you know I work for Amazon.com. Currently, my group is looking for 2 mid level (2-5 years of experience) java developers. If you have J2EE, WebServices or relational database experience that's a huge plus. The job is located in Seattle, WA so relocation would be required. Send me a pm if you're interested and I'll gladly give you more details along with next step in the process.

Also, feel free to pm me if you have any questions. Even if you don't exactly fit in for these 2 jobs I can still add you to the pipeline.

P.S. Mods, I hope this is ok with you - don't think the networking thread is being read that much, so I decided to open a new one. On related note if you could sticky this, I'd appreciate it.

I'm wondering if this thread might serve better stickied in the Programming category. It won't be seen by as many people, but don't more of the programmers visit there more often?

any entry level positions for recent college grads?

Yes, just not in my group. What kind of experience do you have?

no real java development experience, all my experience with java is academic. I do have experience as a software tester working with C++ and experience in computer networking (cisco stuff). I'd be interested in any openings. Thanks

Depends on your skills and experience, let's just say you won't feel shortchanged.
