Went for a jog for first time in many years...

I lost the remote control to the TV yesterday and had to change the channel manually. So after getting up 2 times to change the channel, I got tired and took a nap.
 
I went up and down 2 flights of stairs *at least* 2 times today. I almost vomited.

Living on the 3 floor sucks because of the stairs, but it provides more protection because the homeless people are as lazy as I am 🙂
 
I've been running for weeks now, usually every other night, but this last weekend my knees and ankles have become very sore. I cannot move at anything faster than a walk. Any impact at ALL on my legs causes horrendous pain. I think I need to see a doctor.

I'm exausted but I'm thinking of going running in a few mins.

Oh and good job. 2.2 miles is pretty good. I run just under 2 when I go.
