Wendy's Chili

proof? did you check Snopes? Did they try to claim there are cows in the hamburgers too?

I don't buy into these crazy urban legends.

the meat in the chili is just chunks of their hamburgers. are they the failed hamburgers? the ones from the floor? or just random ones? better call the local news and ask to find out!

I love the chili there! The best (cheap) lunch combo is baked potato, chili, and chili oil. Dump chili on the baked potato and eat!

According to the nutritional guide, a small bowl of Chili is:

220 calories
6g fat
17g protein

Not bad at all.....the Wendy's grilled chicken sandwich with a bowl of chili or a side salad is pretty much the only fast food I get for lunch.

Add another 4 grams of protein if yours comes with the finger

Same here, but not often, because I prefer to prepare my own food. I love their Chicken BLT Salad with low fat honey mustard. Very filling.

I eat Wendy's Chili about 3-4 times a week. It is supposedly low fat, high protein, high fiber.

I think their nutritional info on their site is off by a lot, considering each location makes it themselves, and uses old hamburger from the day before.

It is still 1000x better for you than fries.
