Wow.

Hey, does anyone know if Wendys brought back the Homestyle Chicken Strips? They discontinued them in my area a few months back, but I wasn't sure if it was a seasonal thing...

Maybe you could strap a bomb to your chest and demand they bring it back

If a customer makes a stink about it then just let them have the extra condiments, its not worth arguing over (and possibly losing a customer for poor service). I'm in no way defending the guy as what the hell kind of a nut shoots someone over that, I would have just said give me a refund and I'll be on my way if they weren't willing to budge on condiments.

the story does not say how the shooting took place...did the manager get shot as soon as he walked over to the shooter's car? or were they having a discussion and then the shooter pulled out the gun and shot him?

In either case, the manager shouldn't not have to worry about getting shot over something so small.

I still fail to see what the manager did wrong here...I think asking for 10 packets of chili sauce is way overboard and the manager had a right to explain this to the customer.

I'm tempted to do that at McDonald's. I mean come on, McRib anyone?

Also in the article it said that an employee gave the guy 10 packets......... but he wanted more.

I've had to speak to managers at McDonalds a few times when they'd say I can only have 2 sauces with my 10 piece mcnuggets. I need at least 3 if not 4 to last for all 10. They want to charge like $.25 per extra cup which is retarded.

I've never had one charge me after I complain about it.

I am 99% sure this is the Wendy's I used to go to all the time when I worked at the hospital mentioned in the article.

I used to feel that my life was in danger just going into the place on a regular basis. Right in/next to the ghetto of Miami.

I bet he likes wearing his pants halfway down his legs. Thugs are retarded.

thug:YO GIMMAH MO MUFUGGIN SAUCE O DIS GON BUH BIX NOOD JIGGA WUT
manager:"uh.. what?"
gun:*BANG*

What kind of severe mental condition do you need to feel that shooting someone over condiments is the necessary course of action to take? This made me LOL.

Their hot sauce isn't even that good.

I think their chili sauce is good. If I was denied my chili sauce, someone would pay...

extreme? yes, but I gauren-damn-tee you if he stays the manager his customer service skills will improve 10 fold, people who don't even want any Chili Sauce will be getting extra packets.

Yeah, 10 packets of chili sauce has to be at least 3 cents.

Seems a little bizarre that there's another thread questioning whether society is getting worse or not; and a lot of people were saying that we've always had trouble like this. Funny - I don't remember there being problems with angry customers shooting fast food employees when I was a little kid.
