Hey, does anyone know if Wendys brought back the Homestyle Chicken Strips? They discontinued them in my area a few months back, but I wasn't sure if it was a seasonal thing...

If a customer makes a stink about it then just let them have the extra condiments, its not worth arguing over (and possibly losing a customer for poor service). I'm in no way defending the guy as what the hell kind of a nut shoots someone over that, I would have just said give me a refund and I'll be on my way if they weren't willing to budge on condiments.

Maybe you could strap a bomb to your chest and demand they bring it back
Also in the article it said that an employee gave the guy 10 packets......... but he wanted more.Originally posted by: spacejamz

the story does not say how the shooting took place...did the manager get shot as soon as he walked over to the shooter's car? or were they having a discussion and then the shooter pulled out the gun and shot him?
In either case, the manager shouldn't not have to worry about getting shot over something so small.
I still fail to see what the manager did wrong here...I think asking for 10 packets of chili sauce is way overboard and the manager had a right to explain this to the customer.

I've had to speak to managers at McDonalds a few times when they'd say I can only have 2 sauces with my 10 piece mcnuggets. I need at least 3 if not 4 to last for all 10. They want to charge like $.25 per extra cup which is retarded.
I've never had one charge me after I complain about it.
Uh, what does paraplegia have anything to do with his arm?Originally posted by: darkswordsman17
Is he deaf and a parapledgic (meaning he didn't hear the gunshot or feel the bullet tear into his flesh)?
I'm going with that too.Originally posted by: Phokus

Seems a little bizarre that there's another thread questioning whether society is getting worse or not; and a lot of people were saying that we've always had trouble like this. Funny - I don't remember there being problems with angry customers shooting fast food employees when I was a little kid.
