This is looking more and more promising. Fox news is also reporting on one of their embeds that may have been with US troops that may have found one of those mobile biological labs. I saw earlier the report of when they shot the truck up... they didn't know what it was then. They checked it out now and it seems like it might be.

There's a separate thread on the mobile lab. And, for the nuclear materials...it appears now that is a known site.
maybe not
Here's what yahoo has to say:

David Kay, a former IAEA chief nuclear inspector, said Thursday that the teams he oversaw after the 1991 Gulf War (news - web sites) never found an underground site at Tuwaitha despite persistent rumors.

Well...just look at the post right above the original one of yours that I quoted.

Kinda looks like it was known, doesn't it?

Well if it was known and the UN inspectors where there, where were the high levels of radiation?

That, I don't know...guess we'll find out soon enough.

Why in the hell did they leave it there and only check on it twice per year?

This is why the UN is a joke!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That nuclear material should have been shipped to France and then reprocessed or something.. It hould NEVER have stayed in the HAnds of a Murderous Dictator.

Why has the original poster not changed the title of this crap post to "Marines open well-known radioactive site mistaking it for an active nuclear facility - unleash radiation on themselves and Iraqi citizens..."?

Because you don't deserve to have it changed 😉

If it is true that this stuff has been tested twice already than I have my doubts about the UN seals. I can't see these people testing stuff that has UNMOVIC stamped all over it.

Your right, they wouldn't have.

because it's speculation on the behalf of the UN. They say they had seals on some things at some point in time in the past. Maybe the seals were removed by the Iraqis or maybe the Marines found new stuff that was never sealed. We just know for sure that Marines found something, everything else is speculation at this point. I doubt that the Marines would be so foolish as to open stuff that was clearly sealed.

Because you are Myopic and only recognize posts that you agree with as being legitimate? Even though I'm not Anti War I sure don't see that comment as a troll.

What's your definition of trolling and why does Napalm fit that definition? Are you sure about your "only the anti-war side" comment? 😉

"Now that the Anit-war people have been proven wrong, what do you think their excuse will be??"

If only anti-war side trolls, I guess your definition of trolling excludes the above thread title?

Yes it does. This thread was in response to a thread that an anti-war person made. More of a parody than flamebait. kthxbye.

Millenium,

Why don't you and your bum-chums start your own forum if you don't like people like me posting in this one? Then you and the other fan-boys can have your own little pro-war circle-jerk safe in the knowledge that those whose opinions differ from yours won't crash the party.

Its just a thought, man.

no way, it's way more fun to watch all the anti-war people display their limited understanding of the facts at hand and to see how far their bias will push them past logical thinking...

I'm still waiting to read about this on a major media site.

Andy

ap article posted in this thread

Thanks - I see a yahoo story that apparently says that this was "known" and so not "a smoking gun". Unfortunately the link is dead.

Cheers,

Andy
