BTW - I *may* be offered a management possition in at a new store we are putting up in an area the fiancee and I want to move too. It's about half an hour from where her parents live. If I was offered the position, and I accepted it, I'd pretty much be out of the IT field and starting in the operations management field. It'd bring a decent raise with quite a bit of options available if I decided to leave the company.
