Well, the driveway was poured yesterday, along with a nice later of sod and the carpet. A privacy fence for the backyard goes in tomorrow, and we close on the house monday Our new appliances arrive tomorrow also (which I got a GREAT deal on at our local base exchange - 50 bucks off all GE appliances, no tax, and I had a 10% off coupon, so I think I made out good ).

Blockbuster video has 'em too. I was very glad this was the case after I went to Vegas without first finding the dialup numbers for my SBC Dialup account. There was one on the same block as the place I was staying. Thank the Lord. (Testify now! )

Go with Netzero. Or PeoplePC. Anybody but AOL. F%$# man, fork out $10 for a month of Netzero, it'd be worth it, probably. Their service seems okay. (Actually it seems a lot better when you dial on a dinky 466 Celeron, then use ICS to share the connection with the rest of your computers, thereby not having to put up with that damn bar at the top of the screen.)
