whatare you gonna do charge 15 for shipping ?

if you check ebay prices on their pins for sale, they're barely selling.
The only reason why the Coins sold so well was that it's made of real silver 12Grams worth and I'm sure there are a lot more coin collectors out there.

Patience, grasshopper. The coins were worthless, they cost about $3 to make. They sold for $15 right after they came out, too.

I don't think Ebay employees can sell stuff on ebay without providing a link saying that they are Ebay employees in their listings... damned if many people paid $80 for an ebay silver coin! 😀

That site ebayroma charges tiered shipping rates (against ebay's own policy) AND doesn't accept paypal which tells you something.
You got nailed on shipping so I think you should recover it back in your auctions.

There is no concern for spending $1,500 on these though? After all one main difference between these and the coins are that they are geared towards the holidays, more specifically the 2003 holiday season...

My cost is $1800. It's $1800 from the coins, really, so it's just a perpetual gamble. I doubt I'll lose money on them. Yes, they're holiday pins, but they appeal to pin collectors as well as the new "ebay-ana" collectors. We'll see!
