Any game hunting center fire round goes though any protection LEOs wear. Anything 300 winmag or better goes though all, including plates military wears.

In sum unless you ban all four legged game ammo it's a joke.

Fair enough, I don't know much about this particular issue but what he said didn't do much to rebut it. The argument seems to be this bullet is especially tailored to pierce armor, whereas others are not, so saying all bullets kill is sort of missing the point.
