I definately get migraines. I have all the symptoms: visual distortions, numbness on half the body, only half my head hurts, nausea, sometimes I throw up (feels much better afterwards). I have migraine medicine that I might take just in case, as a precaution.

They run in my family apparently, bad luck of the draw
You know thoes are also the signs of a stroke or possibly a brain tumor.

I really don't know, but I doubt that all of those symptoms and my history would add up to anything other than a migraine. However, I will ask my doctor about it when I go home, thanks.

I have seen the doctor about it recently, twice in fact. Once a week ago, another time a month ago. He was pretty confident that I'm a chronic migraine sufferer

I have had 1 cripling headache in my lifetime....and I got because I drank a bottle of cough syrup and a 2L bottle of coke. If I had a gun, I may have blown my head off, it hurt that much.

The numbness down half of your body isn't a very good sign.

My good friend was a "chronic migraine sufferer" until one day at work she had a severe stroke and then they found a starfish shaped tumor in her brain. After surgery and continued chemo/radiation treatment she no longer has headaches!

Good luck.

The numbness is usually just my hand and is also common in migranes. However, I will ask about getting a closer look, thanks.

Either which way, it's a sport, injuries are bound to happen. So change your tampon, open up a new box of kleenex because you're going to need them all to wipe your still wet pussy.

I don't like you

I had a similar injury during a football game years ago. We were doing an on-air broadcast and the losing team lost their side of the station (different formats) to the other for 24 hours. During warmup I went out for a pass and this guy just shouldered me in the head. I was instantly nauseous so I got to hear the rest on the radio as someone took me to the hospital to have the concussion looked at. I had a nasty bump and felt like sh!t for a few days, splitting headache and nausea. :( But the guy who hot me was really apologetic when I saw him later that week and was very sincere.

lets not worry about the other guy.

it's his fault and at worst he'll get some stiches. If I have a migraine, I would be out for longer than him and in much more pain

You both went for the ball. If you saw him going for it, couldn't you have stopped? Methinks blame is equal and that sports lead to injuries.

No, I wasn't at fault at all. The refs, my teammates and their entire team said it was his fault.

He jumped, recklessly, for a ball that I had already cleared. I was standing there while he ran fairly quickly and smashing right in to my head. I couldn't get out of the way, I was in the air. He just really didn't know how to play soccer (he sucked) so it was ignorance, not intent. Anyway, maybe next time he'll think twice.

was the the league with girls in it?

:snicker;
