Well, off to get my teeth pulled!

Leaving in 10 minutes to go get my wisdom teeth pulled, wish me luck, though apparently they have little complications. Im going to be up on vicodin for the next couple of days, so if i make any abnormally rambling and/or incoherent posts, please excuse them 😛

Stock up on pudding and popsickles. Don't drink out of a straw, smoke, or drink alcoholic/carbonated beverages the next few days.

Vicoden wasn't all that special for me. It was just good at making the pain go away, felt normal other than that

Wuss. I couldn't eat solids for 9 days after mine were pulled and I didn't wuss out and take no pain killers. I was a man and toughed it out. Pain killers are for women and children.

I had mine taken out last Friday. I've ended up with two "dry sockets". I don't smoke. But I *did* drink carbonated beverages, which I thought I only needed to avoid for the first two days. I went in to see the dentist after work yesterday and he stuffed medicated guaze into my lower sockets. They taste like cloves.

Dry sockets are lame. It feels like someone put wood screws where my teeth used to be and tightened them down. I could no longer figure out where it hurt. I was completely miserable.

But it's not bad today. I can function. I don't drink soda.
