as i near my 10,000th post, i realize that it's only been a few days, but i already miss dannylove. even though i never really talked to him. but his post did show me that there might be something to life other than anandtech, and i've decided that i should probably go and explore that magical world, and perhaps get some sun, and some tail. so i will leave you all at 9999 posts, thus keeping my "lifer hymen" intact.

I honestly do not understand why some of the coolest posters are leaving at 9999 or 10k posts. You can get sun and tail without ditching ATOT. Just reduce your posting significantly.

well, seriously, i found that my normal posting habits were being curtailed because i wanted to make my last few virginal posts of relatively decent quality... so i just decided to get it over with 🙂

and nope, haven't been planning this for long, i just got the idea from that other thread, just this morning.
