well it looks like the Iraqi's are living it up

I guess this what Alistar7 is always referring to when he busts out with one of his trademark "But look at them celebrating in the streets!" 🙂

One instance of a newspaper doesn't change all the footage. What about what was seen LIVE?
This happened in multiple cities, 10's of thousands alone in some areas.

but that doesn't change the fact that you could easily get 10,000 Iraqi to jump for joy all it once by just giving them each a bottle of water by the time the war was over. 😉

Kinda of like the latest video of Saddam purportedly on 9April. If you crop it correctly it looks like throng but clearly the crowd isn't that big . . . just like the liberation pix from Baghdad. The point is that many media outlets are not allowing an alleged ethos of truth get in the way of telling a particular story.

I agree, a cali paper altered a photo, actually combined two to get the hoped for effect, a US soldier pointing his weapon at helpless citizens. Don't think the liberal media didn't use this war as campaign material against the Bush administration. For those who call our media puppets or cheerleaders, you have no understanding of how it really works.

Funy thing is I remember the footage that pic was taken from and I didn't remember the crowd being anywhere near that size, not even a third. Wouldn't suprise me one bit to find that the british paper that printed that photo was pro-blair......

Well it would not suprise me on bit that the british paper that printed that photo was anti-bliar and haked it up so bad anyone could tell it had been faked to be able to say look what the goverment is doing, faking evidence of a good turnout in Iraq, all this to discredit the Liberal agenda of fairness.

Bleep
