"I am 27 and its time i make some decisions in my life. I have a great job, good money and I am investing wisely.
Its time I get serious with my life. It comes a time in a mans life he has to choose what or who he wants to share a good portion of his life with.

Dear, this is a serious matter, what color should my new 50th anniversarry vetter should be? Red or black?"

Needless to say she didn't think it was funny....but when i'm at that chevy dealership this weekend, I'll be stressing.

Today 01/17/03

I did it....Ordered a Z06 coupe, RED. Will have delivery in the Chicago area in a couple of weeks. They didn't have a manual transmission red in the lot!!!!!

Black will be always dirty unless you wash it constantly. Everything shows up on it.

BTW, pony up for the Z06 version or get embarressed by cars cheaper and faster than the regular 'Vette

If I had to rely on the Pimple Farmers here to make that decision for me I think I'd just settle for a Civic because I obviously wouldn't have the brass myself to drive the sucker.

If you want a two seat sportscar, I'd buy something else...because it will rattle and shake itself apart before long.

RED, it's easier to keep clean.

Where have you been since 1997? The regular Corvette handles extremely well.

And I don't know how the topic starter could want a red or black 50th anniv. vette when they have that gorgeous maroonish color special for it.
