Looks like an excellent 12V current rating and Antec seems to be well known for reliability. The one problem with it is that the reviews there indicate that it uses some different 24-pin connector, not the ATX 20-pin one that my motherboard uses. Does it comes with some adapter for a 20-pin connection?

Also, does it have the extra future-proof stuff like the SATA and BTX connectors that some power supplies are starting to come with? I don't use any of that stuff right now but would like to get a power supply that will last through another upgrade or two.

I do not get the difficulty in finding Doom 3 or 6800 cards. Last week on Tuesday I walked into a CompUSA here in Orlando, FL and they had a whole section of Doom 3 and about 4 PNY 6800 GT's, and 1 6800Ultra. I bought a GT, and D3. Yesterday, I looked on online and they said they were sold out. I went to the store for some CD's, and they again have 4 PNY 6800GT's, and they even have a couple of X800 PRO's, and one X800XT.
Total round trip 6 miles :).

rob we are talking about BFG not PNY 6800GT etc, or Gainward. I could have purchased a PNY myself too.
