Just string them all along as long as possible....Be sure to knock the bottom out of all of them whenever you get the oppurtunity.
 
I would suggest just playing hard to get and hang out the girls as long as possible before commmiting to anything. Why commit when you have two choices? Unless you like one a lot better than the other, theres no reason to until you get a better idea. And because you're not committed, you won't be "cheating" because you're banging your ex, or the other two... so play your cards for as long as possible, because you have a better hand.
